Did you know that non-payment of CSOS levies constitutes non-compliance to the Directive issued in terms of the Act and is a criminal offence in terms of Section 34(1)(b) of the CSOS Act?
CSOS levies are payable on a quarterly basis
Trustees & Managing Agents need to ensure that monthly CSOS levies are collected monthly from owners & paid to the scheme, & paid timeously to CSOS on behalf of the Bodies Corporate they represent by the following due dates: 31st March, 30th June, 30th September, & 31st December
Obtaining CSOS Levy Statements
Levy statements are issued by the CSOS

According to the CSOS, all requests should be processed within 48 hours.
